Our Omni Story

Omni Cocktails began the way all good ideas do—with a conversation over a great cup of coffee. Back when Omni Coffee & Eggs was still a daydream-turned-plan, the team was already talking about “royalty” in every sip and how hospitality should feel elevated, warm, and fun. That spirit shaped the café’s mission—world-class beans, world-class vibes—and planted a playful question: if mornings could taste like a crown, why couldn’t evenings?

So one afternoon in Castleberry Hill, between menu scribbles and “what-ifs,” someone slid a notebook across the table and said, “Let’s make our conversations sparkle.” The coffee crew—born from a 2020 upstate New York brainstorm about finding the world’s best flavors—started tinkering with the same curiosity they used to chase the “right cup,” only now with shakers, fresh fruit, and ginger heat. The idea was simple: take Omni’s welcoming to the kingdom and let it glow after dark.

Soon, favorites emerged—like a bold Kentucky Mule and a bright strawberry whiskey sour—poured with the same “sip like royalty” energy that made Omni feel like home. Guests loved it, the team kept perfecting it, and Omni Cocktails stepped out from the table talk and into its own lane: a little crown for your glass, born from a coffee conversation and built to make every toast feel special.
